There is no question the Covid-19 phenomenon has impacted the tourist industry around the world, including Thailand. Although there have been only around 50 cases in the whole country of 70 million people, most of whom have already recovered, people here remain friendly and helpful but cautious. These streets are usually packed.

Neck massage, back massage, foot massage, they are all available here at the market. I think a lot of people go for it to just lie down and get out of the heat.

I see these floating pink edibles every year. I have no idea what they are. One day I’ll get around to trying them.
